Shipping is handled by a third party fulfillment vendor. Shipment-specific questions are directed to that company. All orders are assigned a tracking number which will be emailed to you upon order completion. Applicable shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Elation Sports Technologies LLC is not liable for shipment delivery issues. For assistance with your package delivery regarding issues such as incorrect delivery or missing packages, please contact the relevant shipping company directly (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
Return & Exchange Policy

Unused products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the physical order is received. Please contact us to initiate a return or an exchange. After receipt of the product in unused condition, either a return/refund will be issued through the original order's payment method less shipping, or an replacement product (exchange) will be shipped. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
